All subscriptions are typically set to auto-renew unless otherwise stated. Your membership will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Our service is billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. We do not offer partial cancellations, and there will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service or unused months. If you cancel your subscription before the end of the current paid period, your subscription will remain active until the next due date. If no payment is received after the due date, your subscription will be stopped. All billing is recurring, which means you will continue to be billed until you cancel your subscription. You will receive reminder emails several days in advance of your renewal due date. If you have been billed for automatic renewal and wish to avoid being billed for the next period, you can cancel your subscription. You are responsible for properly canceling your "SSV" subscription. Any remaining days will be added to the new subscription, ensuring you receive the full value of the plan before the update. If you want to use the credit you earned in our referral program to pay for a plan, you must first properly cancel your current subscription. Afterward, you can manually pay with your credit balance. We do not accept a mixed method of payment, combining a bank account and credit balance, for any plan. The credit balance must be sufficient to cover the full price of the subscription.
